What a beautiful day it was for our lovely couple to tie the knot in a micro wedding at Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens.
The couple opted to add our stunning elopement ceremony decor package to style their ceremony while keeping it simple and elegant, and adding chairs to ensure their family could comfortably enjoy their short and sweet micro wedding.
On arrival I usually debrief the groom, check the ring bearer has the rings, and give them some tips on presenting them. I ensure anyone involved in the ceremony is comfortable with their role.
For most of our small weddings and elopements our couples usually arrive together, however this couple opted to keep the traditional element of the bride arriving and being walked down the aisle by her father.
When it comes to wedding traditions or sharing vows we believe in doing whatever you are most comfortable with. Some couples prefer to share their vows privately after the ceremony, this groom wanted to write and share his own personalised vows, while the bride decided to share the simple required vow wording which worked perfectly for them.
After exchanging vows, rings and sealing the deal with a kiss, the paperwork signing took place and the happy newlyweds were introduced as husband and wife and congratulated by their guests.
Opting for a late morning ceremony, meant that once their ceremony concluded, they could enjoy a few photos around the beautiful gardens, before joining their family for a celebratory lunch.
What a perfect way to wed, stress-free, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone present, especially the happy newlyweds.
