Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens

The gorgeous Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens is located just 8km west of Brisbane’s CBD. This inner-city botanical oasis, stretches over 56-hectare of subtropical plants, trees and gardens. The gardens offer several designated lawns that can be booked for exclusive use through Brisbane City Council.

New Farm Park

Conveniently located inner city, New Farm Park has a wide variety of elopement spots to choose from. From gorgeous huge old trees, rose gardens, the iconic rotunda and river front lawns, you are spoilt for choice for stunning ceremony spots with picturesque backdrops. Sunset elopements are particularly stunning with the sun setting over the city as the golden light fills the sky.

There are also ample amenities nearby for your post ceremony celebration, from local restaurants to the city cat to take you down the river to your next destination.

New Farm Park has designated areas that can be booked through Brisbane City Council for your exclusive use if you wish.

Also an excellent place for post wedding photos with a lake, river frontage and rows of beautiful trees, your Photographer will be in their element.
